How It Works
The OC-113 employs a sophisticated automatic labeling process controlled by a Panasonic PLC and WECON human-machine interface. Products are placed on the fixture, and either a foot switch sends position information or the Panasonic product sensor automatically detects the product's presence. The imported German LEUZE/SICK label sensor precisely identifies label positioning on the roll. The labeling head applies labels using a roller system that minimizes air bubbles, achieving labeling speeds of 0-100 pieces per minute with ±1mm accuracy.
