How It Works
The OC-113 employs a sophisticated automatic labeling process controlled by a Panasonic PLC and WECON human-machine interface. Products are placed on the fixture, and either a foot switch sends position information or the Panasonic product sensor automatically detects the product's presence.
The imported German LEUZE/SICK label sensor precisely identifies label positioning on the roll. Once triggered, the BALE/YAKO traction motor releases the label from the roll (inner diameter 76mm, outer diameter up to 300mm) and applies it to the product using a roller system that minimizes air bubbles. The labeling head then returns to its original position to pick up the next label, waiting for the next signal.
This complete cycle achieves labeling speeds of 0-100 pieces per minute (depending on product and label size) with ±1mm accuracy, handling products up to 485mm length × 400mm width × 100mm height and labels ranging from 10-310mm length with liner widths of 10-235mm.
