How It Works
The dough undergoes repeated S-shaped folding and rolling through the continuous dough sheeter, enhancing the dough's elasticity and gloss. The number of sheeting cycles can be set between 1 and 99, and the output thickness of the rollers can be adjusted from 0.8 to 1.8 cm. An automatic powder sprinkling system is included with adjustable powder amounts to prevent sticking.
The machine allows setting an automatic stop time from 0 to 30 seconds for precise control. The internal S-shaped continuous folding and rolling process improves the dough's extensibility and gloss, enhancing its elasticity and achieving a finer texture.
