1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a direct manufacturing factory specializing in commercial food processing and baking machinery.
With over 20 years of industry experience, we design and manufacture equipment for products such as bread, buns, baguettes, European artisan bread, dumplings, shumai, pastries, and more.

2. What information should I provide to get an accurate quotation?

To provide a precise and efficient quotation, please share the following information:

  • The product you plan to produce (e.g. bread, buns, dumplings, pastries)
  • Product size and shape
  • Expected production capacity
  • Pictures or videos of the product (if available)

This helps us recommend the most suitable machine or solution.

3. What is your delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is around 30 days after payment, depending on the machine model and order configuration.
Customized equipment or complete production lines may require additional time.

4. What payment terms do you accept?

We offer flexible and secure payment options:

  • 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance before shipment
  • Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight

5. How about after-sales service?

We provide comprehensive after-sales support:

  • 12-month warranty for the entire machine
  • Lifetime paid maintenance service
  • Remote technical support via video or documentation
  • On-site engineer support can be arranged if required

6. Where is your factory located? How can I visit?

Our factory is located in Jiaxing, China.
You can fly to Shanghai or Hangzhou International Airport, and we will arrange pickup and transportation.

We warmly welcome international customers to visit, inspect, and tour our factory.

7. How do you control machine quality?

Quality is our top priority. Our quality control process includes:

  • Strict inspection of parts and components
  • Careful monitoring during assembly
  • Full machine assembly and testing before shipment
  • Final inspection to ensure stable performance and safety

Only machines that pass all tests are packed and delivered.

8. Do you offer customized machines?

Yes. We provide:

  • Customized machine solutions based on your product and production needs
  • Turnkey solutions, including complete production lines for bakeries or food factories

9. Can you arrange a factory or machine inspection before ordering?

Absolutely.

We can arrange:

  • Factory inspections
  • Machine testing and inspection

Before you place an order, either on-site or via live video.

10. How many operators are required to run the machine?

This depends on the machine type:

  • Single machines usually require one operator
  • Production lines may require more operators, depending on the configuration and automation level

11. Where can we purchase spare parts?

We can supply original spare parts at any time.
Long-term parts availability and technical support are guaranteed to ensure smooth operation of your equipment.
